Kimberley graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Applied Science, extended major in Veterinary Technology in 2012 and shortly after, she joined VSS and began her career in specialist nursing.
Initially as a rotating nurse, Kimberley spent considerable time in both medicine and surgery, before selecting medicine as her area of choice. Kimberley has since become the senior medical nurse at the Carrara practice, covering the areas of ICU, hospital and medical procedures while mentoring new staff and assisting with the VSS Vet Tech Intern Program.
Kimberley's areas of interest include nursing and management of critical cases, transfusion medicine and oncology.
