HRIS Specialist

The role

 

The HRIS Specialist has a primary focus on the implementation, support and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for information systems supporting HR planning and operations.

 

This is a fixed term 6-9 month role.

Who you are

 
  • You will have recent experience in a HR Information System implementation - 

  • ELMO Software package experience is essential 

  • Relevant qualifications or recent experience in this, or a similar role

  • Proven ability to complete end to end Payroll processes and related activities

  • Ability to interpret and implement legislation and award entitlements, such as Modern Awards,  The Fair Work Act 2009, The National Employment Standards (NES) and other relevant leglislation.

  • Ability to collaborate and provide technical support for the HRIS

  • Experience analysing HRIS and HR performance metrics

  • Maintain an exceptional attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to maintain Work Rights within Australia


  • Location

  • Either Brisbane or Gold Coast based with the ability to travel between as required
