HRIS Specialist
The role
The HRIS Specialist has a primary focus on the implementation, support and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for information systems supporting HR planning and operations.
This is a fixed term 6-9 month role.

Who you are
You will have recent experience in a HR Information System implementation -
ELMO Software package experience is essential
Relevant qualifications or recent experience in this, or a similar role
Proven ability to complete end to end Payroll processes and related activities
Ability to interpret and implement legislation and award entitlements, such as Modern Awards, The Fair Work Act 2009, The National Employment Standards (NES) and other relevant leglislation.
Ability to collaborate and provide technical support for the HRIS
Experience analysing HRIS and HR performance metrics
Maintain an exceptional attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
Ability to maintain Work Rights within Australia
Location
Either Brisbane or Gold Coast based with the ability to travel between as required
