We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Junior Veterinary Nurse at our Specialist Hospital. The nurse roster offers a rotation of shifts including morning, and afternoon.

- Completed a Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent).
- A high level of communication skills, and flexibility when business requirements present themselves.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to maintain high standards of professionalism and organisational skills.
- Adaptable in a busy environment.
- Have the ability to take direction and ask questions. Duties will include:
- Walking patients, providing food and water to patients
- Restraining of patients for ultrasound
- Restraint of patients for IV placement
- Animal handing
- Restocking hospital
- Assisting experienced nurses in hospital and ICU on a rotational basis
- Assisting with animal handling in Radiology and CT
