DR LISA SINGER

Dr Lisa Singer is our newest small animal internal medicine veterinarian.

Lisa was born and raised in California.

She did both her BA and VMD at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from there as a veterinarian in 2008.

Lisa completed her internships at Veterinary Medical and Surgical Group in southern California, the University of Missouri, a specialty internship in Emergency and Critical Care at the University of California Davis, and her residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine at Michigan State University in 2014.

Dr Singer became a board certified internist in 2014 and joined VSS shortly after.

Lisa likes all aspects of internal medicine, but particularly enjoys the challenge of diagnosing and treating complicated infectious diseases, immune mediated and gastrointestinal diseases.

She prides herself on exceptional client communication and patient care.

When not practicing medicine, Lisa enjoys all things outdoors such as cycling, surfing/paddle boarding and hiking.

She also loves to cook.

Lisa's fur family includes a sassy talkative Siamese, Bella, a mischievous chocolate Oriental, Mulan, and a very energetic German Shepherd, Quill. Quill participates in agility and scentwork. 

Veterinary Specialist Services proudly supports the Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors, particularly the treatment, care and research of the Australian Koala Community.
