If you require a referral to Veterinary Specialist Services, please discuss this with your family veterinarian. If you need advice or clarification regarding your pet's referral to us, please contact our reception staff on 1800 442 648.

If your pet suddenly becomes unwell or is in distress, head straight to your closest VSS hospital - no referral is required. Our emergency, critical care and ICU veterinarians and nurses are on hand to deliver high-quality, compassionate care when your pet needs it most.

With fully staffed hospitals and on-site expertise, we’re equipped to handle everything from minor urgent issues to serious, complex emergencies.
