Holly is one of our ‘homegrown’ full-time nurses at our Underwood hospital. She came to VSS as a trainee nurse and then developed into a specialist nurse here.
The role
Holly is a rotating nurse, which means that she rotates through our medicine and surgery departments with time spent in each.
“I am involved with providing hands-on, gold standard patient care for all of our patients. I especially enjoy being able to spend time and create special bonds with each individual patient, as well as seeing them recover and go home to their families.”

Homelife
Holly describes herself as ‘Staffy obsessed’, so of course, she owns her own Staffy, named Calvin. The pair love spending time at home catching up by binging on Netflix series’ and getting out in the sun to enjoy good food and the outdoors.
