Dr Emma Workman graduated in 2021 from James Cook University with a Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences. Dr Emma completed placement at VSS Carrara as a fourth- and fifth-year veterinary science student where she developed a keen interest in the fast-paced environment and complex medicine cases seen here at Veterinary Specialist Services. She has gone on to compete her first year of a rotating internship at Veterinary Specialist Services and looks forward to beginning her second year as a senior medicine intern.
Emma is dedicated to her learning and providing gold standard care to all our patients and clients. She one day aspires to become a small animal internal medicine specialist.
In her spare time, Emma can be found on her farm, spending time with her beloved family and menagerie of pets, including 5 cats, 1 goat, 7 sheep and 5 chickens.
