Collars for Kindness: Supporting Patient Comfort and Veterinary Mental Health

At Veterinary Specialist Services (VSS), compassion is at the heart of everything we do - both in how we care for our patients and how we support our colleagues across the veterinary profession. That’s why we’re proud to launch "Collars for Kindness", a heartfelt initiative offering handmade O-tube recovery collars to veterinary clinics for just $25 each (RRP $40-$50).

These soft, durable collars are lovingly crafted by the mother of Dr Abbie Tipler, Specialist Surgeon at our Jindalee Hospital, and designed to help hospitalised patients recover in comfort. Even more meaningful, 100% of proceeds go directly to Sophie’s Legacy, a charity dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing in the veterinary industry.
