The Role:

As our Client Care Team Leader, you will be a pivotal part of our team, reporting directly to the Hospital Operations Manager. Your role is all about efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our bustling Underwood Hospital reception. Your primary objectives include ensuring the delivery of professional, welcoming, and efficient 'front line' client service, as well as effectively scheduling appointments.

We are seeking an exceptional individual who embodies the following qualities:

Leadership: A proven leader with experience in a similar role, capable of effectively managing a 10-person team.

Client Service Excellence: Exceptional client service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse group of people.

Time Management: An individual who excels at managing competing priorities, consistently meets deadlines, and approaches challenges with a solution-focused mindset.

Hands-On Approach: We value a leader who is not only skilled but also able to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on when necessary.

Industry Experience: Previous veterinary experience is not required, but preferred.
